Coach Kelly
Owner, Coach Kelly Reed has been involved with the sport of gymnastics since the young age of five! She was a gymnast at Starz Gymnastics in Orangevale, California and began her first coaching job at the age of sixteen at TRICKS Gymnastics in Roseville. She was the youngest coach the gym had ever hired and from that moment on, she started dreaming of owning her own gymnastics club someday! She taught elementary and middle school for 4 years after graduating from Oregon State University but always found herself back in a gym to coach. In early, 2011, Kelly reconnected with a high school friend who helped her open Pacific Flips.
Nine short months into the first year of business, Coach Kelly's husband, Neil, passed away suddenly from heart complications. She is very thankful for Alyssa and the other coaches who helped keep her dream going while she took the time she needed to figure her new life out. Each gym has a blue daisy painted on one of the walls which represents Neil's eyes and Kelly's favorite flower.
Coach Kelly is mother to two amazing girls, Marley and Presley, who have enjoyed growing up in the gym and competing with our travel team.
