Level A

Picture
This is our entry-level gymnastics class. In this class, our focus is on core & arm strength, and flexibility. Gymnasts will begin to focus on balance and coordination through the repetition of basic gymnastic skills. All athletes will progress at their own individual pace with encouragement and positive reinforcement from our skilled coaches. As the athletes work on the fundamentals of gymnastics, they will become familiar with the gymnastics terminology.

Level B

Picture
is designed for the beginner gymnast to begin accomplishing specific goals. The focus of this program is to learn the correct technique when doing skills, drills, and conditioning that will help facilitate them into the higher levels. Our goal at this level is to have gymnasts develop good habits. Strength and flexibility are an integral part of gymnastics classes. Upon completion of this class, the athlete will be starting to develop the physical strength needed to progress further into the next levels.

Level C

Picture
This is our intermediate class. The gymnast who has progressed to this class has developed the strength and flexibility needed to learn more advanced skills. As the levels progress, the required skills become more demanding. The entry-intermediate gymnast should have mastered basic skills on many of the events in the previous levels. While the basics are always reviewed and applied, it is now time to challenge what they’ve learned, refine their skills, and develop more advanced techniques of execution.

Levels D & E

Picture
D & E are the advanced recreational gymnastics classes. In these gymnastics classes, gymnasts will continue to build on the skills they have learned in the previous levels. Athletes, having become proficient in the basic gymnastics skills, will then start the higher level of each skill. Some of these advancements will include front handsprings, kips, cartwheels on high beam, and back handsprings and back tucks. Combinations of skills and advanced elements learned in previous levels will be used more often and of course fun.

T&T

T&T is short for Trampoline and Tumbling. Currently, T&T is only available in our Santa Maria location although Tumbling is offered in Grover Beach. The athletes will get to train on 3 events, trampoline, double mini trampoline and tumbling. T&T is great for athletes of all abilities. They get to jump and tumble and have fun while doing it! Aside from being fun, jumping on the trampoline is very beneficial for the brain and body.
