Spot Station- Backward Roll
Equipment Needed
  • Flat cones with balls - moving balls using feet (can use bean bags & dots)
  • Velcro line or beam - Hula hoop made in to a pumpkin - teeter totter handstand prep drills
  • Air dots and squeaky dot- hop through
  • Cheese- backward roll like a pumpkin
  • Bar & block - hold the pumpkin between feet and lift to bar
  • Domino or panel mat - cartwheels over
  • Balance beam- walk 1-2-3 then arabesque, walk 1-2-3 then arabesque

Spot Station- Vault
Equipment Needed
  • Beam with flowers and cones - walk and put the flowers in the cones (it's ok if they fall off beam or need to step down)
  • Balancing ball or rock - Use the orange one as a pumpkin, balance in flamingo position
  • Dot, one foot mat, spring board, mat or panel mat -Run, straight jump, land on mat (coach fix form, arms by ears, stretch tall)
  • Line or beam on floor - apart togethers
  • Bar with slider - sliding glide swings - focus on straight arms, ears between arms
  • Cheese - roll like a pumpkin down the hill
  • Hand prints on ground near wall - walk feet up wall, hold handstand for 3 gymnastics
**Always remember to be on outside of the circuit circle so you can keep your eyes on ALL kids in the class. Never turn your back to your class. 

With different shapes of the preschool areas, the order is ok to be changed.
