Circuit 1
Spot Station- Bar
Equipment Needed
  • Bar with barrel- feet on top hiding ears working on glide swings (spotting station)
  • Cheese-egg roll for minis, backwards roll if they don't need a spot but it is close so you  can help if no one is on the bar station
  • Springboard and mat- Salute first! Then run straight jump, tuck or straddle depending on level - Ta-Da!
  • Balance on alligators, turtles
  • Jump on dots
  • Block & velcro hands-put hands on velcro hands knees on mat for minis holding handstand position, Starfish feet on, B’s lift up each leg in the air, straight leg pointed toes
  • Beam- minis lift up block above their heads put it down step over, Starfish lift up block turn around put it down step over, B’s can try on releve'

Spot Station- Bar
Equipment Needed
  • Bar as high as it can go & spider mat- Spotting station, swinging on the high bar landing on the spider behind the bar
  • Small cheese-Start with arms up then forward roll on cheese, B’s start feet on ground jump to a roll
  • Hand prints-walk your feet up the wall handstand
  • Panel mat with bullseyes - Start arms up-cartwheel over the mat
  • Domino-Start arms up in lunge -cartwheel over the domino
  • Beam with sticks-walk on the beam tap the sticks on the cones, minis can sit and scoot along and tap cones
**Always remember to be on outside of the circuit circle so you can keep your eyes on ALL kids in the class. Never turn your back to your class. 

With different shapes of the preschool areas, the order is ok to be changed.
