Circuit 1
Equipment Needed
  • beam with sharks
  • beach balls
  • balance board
  • bar
  • mailbox
  • vault board and cheese
  • scooter
 Spot Station: Front support on Bar
Circuit 1 Summary
  • Carry a beach ball across the beam and return it
  • ​​​Front support on bar with casts
  • walk across log
  • belly on mailbox and kick swimming legs
  • dive roll like a dolphin
  • be a shark as you scoot through the path
  • ​Surf on the balance board

Equipment Needed
  • Scarves
  • beam
  • blocks to build a sand castle
  • bar with cheese
  • beach ball and hula hoop and mat
  • panel mat
Spot Station: Bars
Circuit 2 Summary
  • Run and jump over the "sea weed" scarves
  • Jump over the crabs on the balance beam (need to print and cut some out)
  • Build a sand castle with blocks
  • walk toes up and pull over with spot
  • rock in the half donut "boat in wave"
  • lay on back, hold beach ball with feet, lift over head and put in hula hoop
  • two rolls or two connected skills on panel mat

**Always remember to be on outside of the circuit circle so you can keep your eyes on ALL kids in the class. Never turn your back to your class. 

With different shapes of the preschool areas, the order is ok to be changed.
