**Always remember to be on outside of the circuit circle so you can keep your eyes on ALL kids in the class. Never turn your back to your class. 

With different shapes of the preschool areas, the order is ok to be changed.

Circuit 1
Equipment Needed
  • Bar
  • Barrel
  • Squeaky dots and targets
  • Floor bar
  • Hula Hoop
  • Hopscotch made with mats, hoops or chalk
  • Low beam
  • ​Panel mat​​

Spot Station: Bar with Barrel
Circuit 1 Summary
  • Bar with Barrel
    • Glide swings on bar with feet on barrel for Mini and Starfish
    • Starfish B-try to remove barrel after a few tries with barrel
  • Floor Bar
    • ​Mini: donkey kicks, stand on bar, jump forward to dot
    • Starfish: climb up, jump forward, arms up when jump, land on dot
    • Starfish B: Monkey up, hands on bar, first foot outside hands, second foot inside hands, stand up, arms up, jump forward (this prepares them to jump to high bar)
  • Hula Hoop
    • Mini & Starish: Hands in hoop, jump feet around one foot at a time (straddling legs like cartwheel legs)
    • Starfish B: Cartwheels over the top
  • Hopscotch
    • ​Mini-together and apart feet
    • Starfish & SB-one foot to two feet
  • Beam
    • ​Mini & Starfish-kitty cat crawl
    • Starfish B-bear crawl with straight legs

  • Spring board
  • Cheese
  • One foot mat
  • Domino and target mat
  • Rings in SM-optional choice for GB & SYV
  • Cheese on wall
  • Air spots with squeaky dot
  • ​Bar

Spot Station: Bar
Circuit Summary
  • Start at dot, run, one foot to two feet jump straight up to cheese. Arms up when you jump. Foward roll down hill.​
  • Domino
    • ​Mini: both feet on target, donkey kick. Stand up finish.
    • Starfish/SB: Lunge on target, handstand, lunge.
  • Rings-3 swings in tuck or pike
  • Cheese on wall-hands on floor, feet walk up cheese. Count to 3 gymnastics. Focus on straight arms.
  • Jump between air dots and squeaky dot.
  • Bar
    • ​Mini-Chin hold, hold tuck
    • Starfish-Chin hold, hold pike
    • Starfish B-Chin hold, hold pike, pull over.
