Circuit 1
Spot Station- Bar
Equipment Needed
  • Bar for casts
  • Cheese - forward roll down
  • Beam with block- pencil walks
  • Rock, turtle, rock - flamingo, arabesque, flamingo balance
  • Panel mat with block- Pencil rolls
  • Two ninja slants or two mats of same size with hands and feet prints - "scissor" legs-hands on ground, jump feet up and down, open and close
  • Line on floor. Can be mat with line or velcro line with wheel-drive the bus​
Next one is in opposite circuits shown. Ok, to put where it fits in gym space. 
  • Floor bar and bullseye - donkey kicks to squat on or stand on, jump off

Spot Station- Vault Cheese Mat
Equipment Needed
  • Bar for scissor legs
  • Ninja circle mat or mushroom - flamingo hold
  • One foot mat, spring board, cheese- vault forward roll
  • Domino - cartwheels
  • Mini tramp in GB- tuck jumps
  • Beam- Minis-turtle scoots, Starfish & B, soldier kicks with tight pencil legs​
Next one is in opposite circuits shown. Ok, to put where it fits in gym space. 
  • Floor bar and bullseye - donkey kicks to squat on or stand on, jump off
**Always remember to be on outside of the circuit circle so you can keep your eyes on ALL kids in the class. Never turn your back to your class. 

With different shapes of the preschool areas, the order is ok to be changed.
