Spot Station- Bar
Equipment Needed
  • Squeaky dots - apart togethers
  • Beam - Handstand training- jumping feet over beam side to side
  • Bar- pull overs
  • Beam with 2 blocks- flamingo at the block and step over
  • Cheese - Forward rolls & backward rolls for those who can
  • Domino - cartwheels over
  • Aligator-air dot-squeaky dot - apart togethers on air dot-jump off to squeaky dot​ (can use two air blocks next to each other)

Circuit 2
Spot Station- French Fry Handstand Drill
Equipment Needed
  • Spring board & Cheese - 3 jumps to roll, Minis squat on then roll
  • Balancing balls or rocks - name the colors
  • Bar - Straddle swing- focus on looking forward (hiding ears between arms) always hold on to bar
  • Mushroom - straddle press/hold
  • Turtle - arabesque for count of 3 gymnastics
  • Tunnel - craw through 
  • Beam with scarves - jump over scarves
  • Two blocks, french fry, foot mat and panel mat - lunge, handstand, kick french fry off blocks with front foot, lunge SPOT AT HIPS
**Always remember to be on outside of the circuit circle so you can keep your eyes on ALL kids in the class. Never turn your back to your class. 

With different shapes of the preschool areas, the order is ok to be changed.
