Equipment Needed

• beam with bean bags
• squeaky dots or little balance rocks
  
• donut
• bar with block under
  
• squeaky dots with air pads
  
• cheese
• bullseye and domino
  

 Spot Station: Handstand
Circuit 1 Summary

• ​​Flamingo walks, step on the bean bags on beam
• walk slowly over the rocks/prickly balls
• Donut
  • ​Minis crawl around the top of donut
  • Starfish/SB-inverted walks, hands on floor, feet on donut
• Bar
  • ​Mini-hold block between feet, legs in tuck and swing
  • Starfish/SB-lift block to bar
• Apart together hops betwen dot and air dots
• Handstand at cheese-belly towards wall
• Lunge-handstand-lunge-SPOT

• one foot and spider mats
• folded panel mat with blocks
• beam with sharks
• squeaky dots and french fries
• small mat with two feet velcros
• turtle 
• bar

• Spring board
  • Minis-Jump up to cheese and roll down
  • Starfish/Sb-dive rolls from spring board
• Cartwheel over the panel mat between the blocks
• Beam
  • Minis-kitty cat crawls
  • Starfish/Sb-bear crawls
• Jump over french fries on squeaky dots
• forward roll on floor mat-start feet together
• Turtle
  • Minis-flamingo
  • Starfish/SB-arabesque
• Bar
  • Pull over-point toes in front support!
