Equipment Needed
  • Bar
  • Wheel to push along an L shape
  • Mat with ladder
  • Domino
  • Cheese
  • Hula hoops with bullseye dots and hands/feet
  • rocks or turtles or aligators
 Spot Station: Backward Roll
Circuit 1 Summary
  • ​​​backward roll down hill, land on feet
  • donkey kicks or handstands
  • up ladder
  • drive the wheel on the lines/beam, straddle line or walk on line
  • hangin in a tuck position, legs together, knees up to belly
  • balance on rocks/turtles/gators
  • vault drill through hoops

  • balance beams
  • round ninja shape or mushroom
  • cheese
  • folded panel mat
Spot Station: Bars
Circuit 2 Summary
  • put toy under chin and forward roll
  • sit and hold straddle, or stand up and flamingo hold
  • SLOW walks on first beam-arms to sky
  • Flamingo walks on second beam
  • jump on squeaky dots
  • Minis-Straddle hold-eyes forward
    • ​Starfish/SB-pull over with cast away
  • ​Cartwheel drill-hands on panel mat, jump side to side

**Always remember to be on outside of the circuit circle so you can keep your eyes on ALL kids in the class. Never turn your back to your class. 

With different shapes of the preschool areas, the order is ok to be changed.
